She wakes up and says ”I’m Cecilia” as if that’s enough context, like Cecilia who? following the story I guess she became the child of her ex and quite some time has passed since her stepbrother has grown up but honestly it’s all a bit messy.
YOU'RE TOTALLY RIGHT! I couldn't recognize it at all cause of the name being in Japanese and the art style being completely different as well. Who woulda guessed.
I think this is same story with just different format since they have the same author.. The original is in black & white manga and turn into colored long form digital version for modern audience who prefer that format. Thanks for posting it as reference (●'◡'●)ノ
