Everybody in the comments keeps being frustrated about the fact that it's unclear wether Lily loves Hana or not and that Lily keeps being hung up about Kaoru
Even though Hana is just as hung up on Kaoru. The point of the story is that both of them are hung up about Kaoru in their own way. Hana laments the fact that she never actually took the time to know her brother as well as believing that that was a reason contributing to his death, feeling immense guilt because of it. While Lily pretends that Hana is Kaoru to keep on living a delusion and not having to confront the reality of his death.
And in the end they both find solace in grieving together for the person they had loved. And they also realize the geniune happiness they were able to find with each other after his death, deciding to run away together.
I'd like to point out that when Lily said that a particular thing that Hana did reminded her of Kaoru, it was much more to say that it is a quality she loves thus also loving it about Hana. She might not love her as much as Kaoru yet but I believe she will love her just as much if not even more than him. I wish there was a follow up to this story to explore this but alas...
This manga is actually amazing and has some deeply realistic emotional writing, I could analyze it for days aaa
God I love this manga so much.

This manga is my ultimate guilty pleasure.
The art and concept may be really good but the writing and characters (for the most part) are actually kinda terrible and overly edgy, with some parts also just feeling lowkey mysoginistic sometimes wether intentional or not.
BUT I kind of also really love it. I cannot explain it but there is something about an edgy power fantasy that not only involves a person protecting the weaker person because they are obsessed/in love with them but also is BL. Like hell yeah be gay be crazy go get them tiger

A very good read. It's nice to read a BL that doesn't feel the need to over-dramatize itself all the time to keep your attention, instead looking at a relationship from a more realistic perspective. Though I did like how character driven it was, I really wish they had expanded even more on all of them but I think the author might have just wanted to tie the story into a neat little package. Either that or they unfortunately were pressured to rush the story because the ending in my opinion felt way too abrupt? I just felt even more could have been explored with these characters but I digress.
Idc if any of you all agree or not but this has to be the most neurodivergent love story I have ever read
Like I'm not gonna go into deep analyses mode yet (maybe after the manhwa is finished) but I am a dumb adhd bitch and I barely got any 2nd hand embarassment from Jigu because I went "Yeah same lmfaooo" all the time like he is the first BL character I spiritually related to in sheer dumbness and weirdass thought process I am cooked guys
I'm pretty sure I've said this before here and people had a lot of diverging opinions but to me, they're both ND as fuuuuck, the amount of social cues missed on both is so funny and I laugh but I'd do the exact same
SAME
Didn't get into that but I have also been in a pretty ND relationship for 5 years and the way they both act is also just scarily accurate/familiar I can't even desribe it without going into details lol
