Yea, i really hate him too. People saying he a good king and shit... but like, he's out for revenge more than anything.
He could have let il live, and changed the kingdom with king il. Like he should persuade him, show him the research etc about how changing things would be beneficial. If he isnt a good king, its because he doesn't have good retainers, the people under him who should support him. You don't rule a country alone.....Suwom should have supported him and helped him to make better vhoices or something. But killing him is def a revenge move. And i dont believe that advisor guy, i thunk he lying aboit what he saw. We didn't see much of king il, but i reckon je loved and respected his brother, i doubt he would kill him. Someone else be pulling the strings. Who the hell is the mastermind, who is benefitting the most?!
What I got from this chapter is that King Il was not meant to be a king or he didn't think that he is a king but just a temporary king to be replaced by Yona.
And also SooWon should not interfere with King Il because he is also out for revenge for his wife so SooWon killing King Il is not separate from Yona if he can't separate himself from his father, this is hypocritical.
I'm pretty sure Yona is finding all this out now, all this flashback started when Yona is reading (soo wons mum) diary, so she wrote it all down.. I think
I hope the people start suffering soon so that they ll understand how evil our MC is
