I love when I read mangas and they get adapted into anime. Ive read so many random 1st chapters on here and ended up following the chapter updates religiously. Theres so many manga that I've read since the very first update that ended up as anime most of them are pretty popular like solo leveling, beginning after the end, all the Isekais that came out around covid, ect. Now this one is an anime too. I think its pretty cool to be able to say that I was a day one fan back when it was first uploaded and there were only a handful of people in the comments lol. There is like a big feeling of accomplishment when you’ve watched something grow. I just saw today that the first episode of the anime was out which is crazy because I didn't know about an anime being made and just happened to see it on Netflix and recognized it. So by tradition whenever the anime to something I like comes out I also go to reread the manga. This time it was a little different because I was supposed to be letting the manga marinate so I was purposefully letting the chapters build up so I could read them all even though i wanted to read every chapter that came out but its similar to other case where the amine just came out but the manga is still being updated. Anyways this is seriously a good one so I hope that a lot of people like the anime enough so that more people can come enjoy the manga. I hope theres new chapters soon and I can’t wait to see the next episode of the anime and watch the fandom grow positively! Also I hope theres new chapters manga isn’t rushed because of the anime or anything and vise visas. I see it all too often the anime is rushed and strays from the original story so that episodes can get out faster hopefully that doesn’t happen with this lol

Its been years and i still revisit this and the anime year after year. i will forever be upset at the way it just ended.Id have to say that i consider this to forever be one of the best in the sports genre. I remember being so upset as a kid when i slowly came to the realization that he wasn’t human then Dt reaffirmed my suspicions and the last chapter/ episode confirmed it. Still i love it and wish we could’ve gotten to see more after. He just left all his friends and we didn’t even get to see it i wouldve loved to see his conversation with Dt, him playing now that he’s older/ bigger, if he is still in contact with his friends or if he made up with them or not later but nothing lol T~T
We just got somewhere- please tell me he knocks some sense into him and they are happy and together in the next few chapters the three of them should’ve been living happily together i thought we were coming to an end

bro when you meet someone who was left the sole survivor in a horrific experience, and they start talking about the deceased, do you cut them off, look at them, and smile brightly, saying shit like that?? Like they talk to you, visibly distressed, talking about war and torture, an event within the war, big enough that even she knows information of, and you smile at them giddily?? tf? i dont expect tears and a breakdown, but at least have the sense not to smile and laugh.
