Why do you guys think he was throwing up? Could it be that kissing (or doing other things ;)) with regular people causes it?
I think we can all agree he is not fully human so I wonder if it could be that Pyo Guwon is dying or, like others say, maybe "cheating death" since that's what Sisyphus is known for in Greek methodology.
