rereading this again bc im on a crazy-toxic-possessive-seme spree with a 'redemption' arc (also my first time posting a long review lol)

this is a guilty (pleasure? not really...) read for me, just because i really like reading heart gut wrenching stories whether its good or badly written. of course, i disagree with all the things wookyung did to minho, and its really a shame because i like their supposed dynamic if they were.. less crazy (golden retriever x black cat dynamic is what i want to imagine with them)

i always cry when i read the last few chapters because i, too, want minho to be happy for once and just have the freedom he deserves. from the main story, he also had it bad (which btw i didnt read just saw snippets because i was curious of his life in the main story) and his life is just honestly so sad gah im so sad for him.

and wookyung's supposed redemption arc was him victimizing himself always 'i' and 'me' and never thinking about minho first because thats how selfish he is.

but i guess i do understand why minho still stayed despite it all, despite knowing wookyung might get crazy possessive of him again. yes, call him stupid for that but he was just so tired of it all he didnt have the will to fight, but he didnt want to be lonely either.

anyway, again!!!! i dont agree with anything on this story and i do think its easily misinterpreted by people (stupid people btw) bc they'll think this is just a story. its fiction. yes its fiction yes we can read it but sometimes we need to realllllllyyyyyy think why these stories are bad and should be a way to be more aware of these kinds of situations because there are actually victims like minho in real life and they often dont stand up for themselves because people would brush it off but i do think the story showed us the resistance of minho well who really tried to escape with all his might, to fight for himself, compared to other yaois who brush off the rape with comedy... (im looking at you love jinx) im not saying its good and i hope this wont get misinterpreted... i cant word it off properly :(

and to the translator, i agree with everything you said on your t/n's and thank you for translating this story. the comments saying the translator is a hypocrite and that shouldnt even be reading this or translating is why because sexual assault still keeps happening, you are all turning a blind eye. we can take this story, this 'fiction' as awareness that this is really happening irl.
