the discourse around this manwha is so tiring his backstory isn’t supposed to redeem him, it’s supposed to help the reader understand some of the reasoning behind his horrible actions. it’s ok to change your opinion on him because that’s the whole point of a developing story!! you change your opinion on the characters as you progress.

u can hate him if u want, i personally don’t like jaekyung, but like stop acting like he’s the worst character to be created and stop shitting on ppl who like him.. like it’s ok that some ppls opinion changed of him that’s the whole point of a character developing in an ongoing story
