the discourse around this manwha is so tiring his backstory isn’t supposed to redeem him, it’s supposed to help the reader understand some of the reasoning behind his horrible actions. it’s ok to change your opinion on him because that’s the whole point of a developing story!! you change your opinion on the characters as you progress.
