With this new chapter I cant help but wonder if he was testing anya all along. We have him whispering what he wants or mumbling.....I bet he was just saying nonsense and thinking what he wants to check her powers. He keeps doing that from chapter 90 to 92. It is kinda creepy now how they first meet too, not a sweet old man lost in the park, but "oh god they know, RUN!" Kind of situation.
It is also scary how good he acted in front of loid the human lie detercor machine and anya the MIND READER.

I wonder if....whatever she was made to drink before the wedding is a type of poison that works when you dance the devils tango ( sex)? That is why the king is all like " have they dance the devils tango yet ? Ya better keep dancing until you get me a child". I mean, they did it but it could be that is a slow poison type of situation

And based on the marchioness getting affected by the curse only by bringing our hero to the meeting to listen. She can't just simply bring them to the tree and point at it in hopes to convey that something is there....... I guess it inflicts on actions too~ （￣へ￣）

This is going to be a rough one. In this universe mages get obsessed with just one thing she just happen to get 2 mages going for her bones. They seem to be lacking other emotions so I can see why both characters are flawed.

Oof both did her wrong.

Her childhood friend send her to prison to try to make her fall in love the "natural" way + protect her from the political war he was starting. He did say that he could manipulate her into loving him but went against the idea. He could have killed the friend but choose not to, so that she was not a "real" murderer ( which is weird that he place that on her since he would have killed her, i think a better translation would have been that she felt like it was her fault). He also choose not to tell her about his suspicious on the identity of minicat to avoid any additional suffering.

Minicat only approach her to get info on the guy. Not forgetting that they tried to drug her and get her addicted to drugs at the prison to have a better manipulation on her, which only fail since they use a stronger drug that they should have. They made her life in prison hell by instigating people and not offering her any help ( they knew what they were doing). Which is funny since that is what the childhood guy wanted to do to gain her love ( be the hero that saves her from prison, only minicat ended up beating him to the punch). For me the dream scenes are a little borderline rape ( or more like they are rape, they just did not went the whole way ) since she was not in her right mind to choose to do those acts ( she still acts like they are in a dream). Plan A for them was just to use magic to turn her into a doll, which he choose not to do. He did finally rape her at her house, because I do not think she would have chosen to have sex with him if she was not intoxicated. Since she is in a weird situation where everything is falling apart she choose to later just continue this sex relationship with him.

Is interesting that both male lead and second male lead were thinking of brain waching her at some point. Both male leads have a really mess up background, but this story is trilling you time and time again about the obsession of mages and their thing ( with her parents or minicat parents or the childhood friends obsession). Story wise, she has more chemistry with minicat but I do think the childhood friend is a healthier relationship (since he really has not tried to rape her... yet..)

I bet the story will end with either one of the male leads dead or be a threesome since they do state that mages obsession are too strong. Porque no los dos ? Right dora looking meme

And I hope you find your father. [Po and Li begin to depart from each other. The crowd switch between looking at Po and Li and then facepalms. Po and Li look up and pause in realization.] Son? Oh my gosh, it is you! [Po wheezes in joy] Well, don't just stand there. Give your old man a hug!
