Could someone help me find the title of this story?

Its abt husband and wife can swap body when they kill themselves. The husband was a barbarian b4 he become a noble. The wife is a princess if im not mistaken. Shes always sick and her in laws always treat her bad and her husband waa being nonchalant abt it. Until he feels what she been feeling after changing body..

Something just came through my mind. I remember reading or watching this one particular story that has medical genre i guess? Bits that i can remember when the lead wants to hire nurses .. he made a test where they need to run and bumped into sick people and they supposed to help the sick person if they want to pass the test but the o ly candidate that pass was a beast person.. i think its a woman.. thats all i remembered.. does anyone know this story or is it all was just in my head?
