Looks like we are seeing snippets of their day-to-day life and we don't need to care about the context hahahaha.
I suposse as they are a Mafia's boss kids, the nanny must be wary everytime they go out.
I think it because it hinted that the uke family is a mafia household throughout the story. So even the nany is about that life too
