Its probably action or mafia type.
so manga goes like MC is numb to pain and pleasure cos he got this x-ray in which skull is hammered with nails but later in manga they show its not really his x-ray, MC is in some mafia or police cos he be shooting and get shot but felt no pain! Ring a bell to anyone?
