Uh, I personally don't know anyone who gets headaches from lychee drinks. But you should still try to avoid them as much as possible if that's the case for you. I've read before that lychee contains some toxic substances and your body probably cannot take or tolerate them or smth,, idk I ain't a medical professional lmao.   1 reply

I honestly don't know if I'm actually depressed because I can't get myself diagnosed 'cuz my family don't believe mental illnesses exist. Even if I also tell my feelings to my peers, I feel like they'll just tell me I'm just feeling sad like a normal person because they see me as that one friend you share shitty jokes with. Lol I still cannot sleep without hugging a stuffed toy. My ass is too touch starved lmao and now I'm older, I got too dependent on them for mental health and sleeping comfort. It's kind of embarassing but my bed is still surrounded by my childhood plushies.   reply
