She’s a kid and most of the kids in the orphanage has some history. We still don’t know her history so don’t judge her. It might be her way to protect herself because of past traumas and it’s a new environment and not everyone will be sunshine and accept everything easily especially if you grew up being neglected, rejected or abandoned. Also, she was triggered by the word ‘family’ and had some flashback. Not everyone can adapt easily in different environment and situation especially if you are alone with no one to trust.
