The level of animosity towards Hyobin in comment for simply expressing his emotions is quite insane. While it is true that he may not have handled the situations in the most mature manner, it is important to consider the complexity of his circumstances. Imagine being in Hyobin's position - having a childhood friend of 10 years confess their feelings for you, and gradually realizing that your perception of them is shifting from friendship to something more intimate. It is only natural to feel confused, selfish and unsettled, especially when your friend's past is revealed in a way that challenges your existing relationship, wouldn't you be at least a little uncomfortable if you found out that the person you bf introduced to you as his friend was once his ex's fling which he had not revealed until he circumstances essentially “forced” him to? Wouldn’t it be unfair to you that this big thing was kept in secret from you? and like some people in the comment expect hyobin to be friends with the blue haired guy if you were in his position… would you really? Not everyone is capable of being understanding and open-minded in such situations. It is unfair to hold characters to unrealistic standards and expect them to always act in a certain way.
