god this chapter hit way too close to home .... i recently had a talk with my christian parents about what they would do if i found a gf or ended up marrying a woman, and my dad said that they're against it, but they would change the way they think to accept me and ... i know that sounds bigoted to most people but it meant so much to hear that from them bc it means that they would try to understand, and that they love me to the point of changing the way they think to accept who i am and how i live. so what lihuan's dad said is rly important to me .... i hope everyone else who's lgbtq+ can find a place where they're loved and accepted for who they are without having to worry <3
