Honestly, the plot isnt all that and the chemistry falls a little bit short. But the whole thing about letting go and the relationship between mc and grandpa seals the deal for me. It’s flawed, beautiful, and properly done.

Rereading this made me realize how goated 005 and shin jiyeh really is. The whole time they were mothering so hard. 005 genuinely took care of ijin during training and jiyeh who deliberately made time and plans so ijin could take a break.
