Guys, I’m looking for a yaoi manhwa that was adapted from a novel. The storyline involves children being kidnapped for their singing abilities, as their voices possess healing properties. The main character (the bottom) wears a mask and struggles with body dysmorphia due to having been overweight in the past. He has a friend who is the lead singer of their group and is well-liked by everyone. The masked protagonist is often overshadowed by this friend.

A significant plot point involves a client (the top) who regularly comes to listen to their performances. The protagonist eventually strikes a deal with this client to be chosen instead of his more popular friend. That’s the general outline I can recall. I forgot the name and i’ve been searching for it without any luck. Can someone please help

English name is Ballad of sword and wine. I came across the novel through a reel on Instagram. Some of the comments said the shou has some trauma due to his past. The novel is also said to be heavy and angsty. These trigger warnings made me feel a bit anxious to read the novel. I am not a fan of SA, r@pe or too much angst. Especially if it happens to the main/important characters. It triggers my mental health.

Its a shoujo manga (i think) with a historical setting. FL crossdresses as a man for sometime. There’s two male lead. I don’t remember much since its been years since i last read it. I remember a scene where one of the ML (who is a barbarian or nomadic general) who attacks the town FL is staying in. The general in the town tells the FL to kill him and offer his head to save the people in the town. FL goes out all alone in front of the gates and serves the general’s head. Idk if this was enough but if anyone knows what manga i am talking about please let me know. I’ve been looking for it for months.

I don’t exactly remember the plot well since it has been so long. FL was reincarnated or transmigrated or something like that. She has red (curly i think) hair. She’s actually very smart and works very hard but one day a fortune teller comes to her and says that she might die if she gets married. That tigers (or something) will come down from the sky and kill her. After this incident she stops trying and just lazes around in her house all day. She doesn’t want to get married especially to the ML who is a duke. But she is tricked into marrying him. Then another girl gets transported from another world and ML gives her shelter at his house. I think she later gets with ML’s butler or secretary. That’s all i remember.

I am talking about yandere MLs that are crazy (like unhinged). Even better if they’re extremely possessive and obsessive about the MC. The crazier they are, the better lol. For reference someone like Doha from Dreadful night or Sangwoo from killing stalking lol.

Also please don’t suggest stories with ML that lets people SA the MC or stories with love triangles. A truly crazy possessive person would rather kill the mc than share him. And I don’t mind a 2nd ML to spice things up but it gets a tad bit annoying when i have to keep wondering who the mc will chose. I really dislike those. Yours to claim traumatised me lol.

Just read a really triggering manga with lots of super shitty garbage semes who continuously cheated on the uke and mistreated them. It boils my blood that they got no repercussions for their actions nor did any of them ever even apologise.

I'd like to read a manga where the uke actually males the seme pay or hurt them or where seme realises what an utter garbage he is.
