I understand the need for the backstory. In fact it makes sense why it is so long. After all, Brian and Sol spent a lot more time together and fell in love. I honestly can wait even if the backstory takes 50+ chapters. But I get uselessly loyal about things. I met Ian first and so I prefer Ian! He’s the underdog with a difficult past. Also I really hate how he’s treated as Brian’s reincarnation. He is his own person! He’s NOT Brian. He is not who Sol has been waiting for for a 1000 years. I kind of hope that Ian will never get Brian’s memories because then he will become Brian.
