I don’t get this issue at all. But it sounds like your browser is timing out and signing you out of your reader, this is especially common in private mode. To stop it from randomly signing you out you can try clearing your browser history and cache or if that doesn’t work, sign in using a normal browser not a private one and have it remember you to stay signed in.

No of course not, I myself am also into girls and I read BL all the time. I obviously don’t have any attraction to the characters, I just like seeing the stories. I read yuri sometimes too but most of the time it isn’t my taste, but there are some good ones out there.
