I don't know why every time I try to read this I stop at certain chapters and this is me trying for the 4th time trying to finish reading this.... there is this feeling that I can't shake off whenever I read this and I know I have no problem with the art since I've read similar art style and had no problem with that (it's those that have very interesting plots) but there is something and I don't know what it is and how to deal with it

I'm not a masochist but it just hit different when the story will surely hurt you and the ending is just mercilessly good that you can't complain even if they don't end up together because that's the best ending?
