So ML killed MC’s family as a way to pay his debt, and so that the king could wipe the ones that were trying to block his way to launch a war campaign in the northern region… it’s all about politics. I enjoy the fact that there’s no evil villain here, just politics, the world the way it is, humans full os faults, interests, greedy, dreams, schemes…
