I also have a bit of anxiety but I try to sleep it off usually cuz I have no cure ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Doing things like puzzles, crosswords, playing games or watching movies like people suggest isn't really working out for me so I just wait for it to pass when it's bad.
If anyone has a better solution I'm also ......
