a few years ago, I read this manhwa...or maybe it was a movie or animation or kdrama, about a guy that died and then got a second chance, so this time around, he studied really hard, got really good grades and became a really good doctor...I don't remember anything else aside from a scene where apparently he was really comfortable using 50,000krw bills which really shocked other students because it was rare or something, anybody recognise this?

Wait, so is he also a sadist or something, a switch? I'm confused because it seems like he likes being beaten but in this chapter, he is the one inflicting pain. That, or he just doesn't really care and just wants to get off.
Also, people are probably so uncomfortable because of how it was drawn, quite different from those other times when the one being raped is drawn to look like they also feel good. The author didn't romanticise or glitter coat it here, not to say rape can't feel good physically since consent is the main focus.
