I wouldn't mind the watersports+shy bladder syndrome thing but the characters and story is just... so lacking that even the kink doesn't make up for it. it just feels so rushed and unsatisfying, not to mention super mean-spirited. idk

still love this story as much as when I read it the first time. love that from the start everyone around them treats them being a couple/their queerness as nothing out of the ordinary; it's so rare to get such a respite from the real world like this. and their relationship is perfect, it's just two adults trundling along and doing their best to love each other the best way they both can.
