For me its like, when a female character is badly written i dont wanna ship her with the mc because the chemistry is not there due to her lack of personality, and just the overall forcing of the relationship by the author. Its really annoying that a lot of good bl gets buried under the overated trash that gets really popular for no reason. *cough cough* Jinx, BJ Alex, Love Shuttle, Kiss Me Liar, Yours to Claim , and like hundreds of short mangas, all of these being filled with rape, smut overload and unnecessary toxicity.
