I'm on chapter 12 and this plot is so confusing is it actually worth the read I was hoping to read less sex scenes and more world building fighting scenes
In the novel, there isn't supposed to be actual fucking... Just wing fucking. The plot setting is slow in the beginning, but the premise is pretty interesting. Most of the novel is world building and fighting, with the wing fucking being short and happening less than 10 times throughout the novel.
I haven't read the webtoon...
But I recommend reading more to get to the actual plot, because I was also hella confused at what was happening until the big reveal... and then I was like ohh! The beginning chapters are mainly just to introduce us to the schematics of the game, and later on when we find out what kingdom the main character ruled and get past the hatred, then we can see what the actual plot is.
The hatred between in ml and mc will be resolved about halfway through the series.

read some spoilers in the comments and dear god that is NOT the direction I expected this story to take. it's really bullshit if you ask me and a waste of time if you have any moral compass in reading fiction. the novel sounds overly confusing and it takes some stupid unexpected turn which leads to absolute destroy anything this manhwa had going for it. I thought the fl would have a slow development with the Duke as they seemed to start to get along but fuck you mean she ends up with her dad bc of alternate timelines and time jump shit? and he adopted her? and he's this revered immortal being??? and she was actually this kid of the woman in korea? hopefully they really change the manhwa into something comprehensible.

It’s a spoiler but i remember that the dad/ml knew the mother of the Korean girl and really hated her. Not sure if it’s true but I remember that the the Korean girl is actually the biological half sister of the fl.
