Okay i kinda didnt like how Dojin immediately stepped in while Byul was talking abt the mom looking like Hyesung. They should have let mother and child have more time bc it felt like Dojin was skirting responsibilities. Tho maybe, the author just didnt want this to dwell on Hyesung and Dojin bc its Byuls story but still.
Tho hyesung crying and wailing abt not having the right to get mad at Byul made it feel like maybe hopefully the wound on him wasnt as bad as during the 1st book. Tho I'm not exactly hoping for a reconcialtion between Hyesung and his mom,i do want him to not shutdown everytime she is mentioned bc it breaks my heart that Hyesung feels so distraught that he just rejects all forms of emotions when hes normally so full of feelings.
Oh my poor Byul. And I just know Hyesung feels so torn right now. He loves Byul dearly but I also understand why Byul would act the way he would. I dont think any of the characters are at fault (except the mom) and they dont deserve any if it (except tbe mom and dad)
