I lowkey agree w you, like it’s not edgy. Sometimes when a complex story has toxic concepts a lot of ppl are so quick to call it bad writing. Btw I am not talking abt manhwas like no reason, ashtray where there is just meaningless violence and no redemption or dimension. While there are a lot of toxic shitty writing that exist, for some stories the violence propels the mcs into the plot of it
