Usually in the omegaverse I read, they have a baby bump but no boob inflation for milk. (Also with the return of uploads and starting it with AUs, I'm gonna end up forgetting its not actually omegaverse ) / Whenever its bl omega gives birth, its by bottle instead. So seeing a man's boobs being plump and full of milk is an incredibly weird sight, more so than the whole man with a baby bump
