Im a Board Certified dermatologist: My Girl you got both. (Btw what you described just sounds like every average teenager I know. Kinda seems like puberty hit :/ Don’t worry too much but also it doesn’t hurt to generally do a diagnosis if it SEVERELY impacts your life.
