Are the people here completely just gonna brush over the fact that Tan is quite LITERALLY the demon lord. Ofc the FL wont trust him IMMEDIATELY.
Like cmon yall ofc its gonna take sime time. Realistically speaking if the literal VILLAIN and ENEMY were to show up at your doorsteo randomly who you literally just ed like 3 months ago, you wouldnt go acting lovey dovey with him after a few weeks now would you? Lets face it people the plot would be ass if she IMMEDIATELY trusts Tan and not give time for them to know each other better
GIRL HE'S PROBABLY GONNA GIVE YOU LIKE 100X MORE THAN YOU ASKED FOR
I'm sorry yall but I genuinely started to get bored with this maybe it'll get better soon but for now it's meh for me Maybe it's just me being picky but idk
Fuck Pina, never fails to make my skin crawl with disgust
Way to ruin my good mood. Girl how about YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS? YEAH? I already got pissed with you the one time you said some shit to my poor girl about her that made her overthink and shit MIND YO DAMN BUSINESS
CALISTOOOO MY MAN FINALLYYY!! Whoever said Calisto didn't love Penelope are so impatient bruv A man who literally knows nothing but killing is not gonna fold in just a few chapters. IN YOUR FACE CALISTO HATERS. The one you should hate is Derrick, that asshole deserves all the hate in the world.
This manhwa is literally PEAK. Unlike other cliche transmigrated manhwa where the FL just accepts their fate, Eris FIGHTS to go back to her OGworld. Plus she didn't end up with the "ML" of the story unlike some of the cliche stories where despite the pain and suffering they still fall for the reddest guy ever. True definition of strong independent woman.
I also like the fact that the author goes in depth with the characters backstories, as well as show what happens to those characters after FL gets her ending. MAJOR part I liked THE MOST was that OG FL, Helena, is actually pure unlike the cliche "OGFL is actually not pure and kind hearted and is actually the true antagonist", though I eat those clichés up all the time I like the change.
FINALLY a manhwa where the female leads are both friends LAILA LOOKS INLOVE BRO
Kinda satisfying how she didn't let her family get their way with her being close to them, she's letting them atone on their own in which SHES NOT INVOLVED, just them. But idk? Is it just me or was this kind of rushed? The ending WAS nice but felt like it was too fast paced.
I'm so fcking pissed. Should I just let this marinate?? Idk who the male lead is, I'm hoping it's Ethan, but like the frustration is getting to me. THEON YOU BETTER SIT YO ASS DOWN YOU GON END UP USING HER U BEATCH
Yes please make her realise she like YOU now and not THEON. Just don't do anything that breaks yalls relationship please
No shit Stefan is closer to Dorothy. He seems more like a father to her than you.
The disrespect bro, Killian a goat for not only being the only one to question watdafuq those inner voices were, he bouta throw hands even at his Father for disrespecting HIS WIFE.
Bro PLS I've been hoping since day 1 that Lize and Edith get along. I JUST WANT TO SEE THE VILLAIN AND PROTAGONIST GET ALONG FOR ONCE
But sadly my hopes are shattered now, imagine the friendship they'd have if only they could get along.
Ethan BETTER be male lead here, I WILL NOT STAND FOR GIVING US ANOTHER IJEKIEL.
Ex-husband is the peak example of the saying "you can't have your cake, and eat it too". Bro wanted both ways to work.
I've gotta say though, this is one of the rarest instance I've seen where the antagonists are not actually just flat-out shallow villains. I mean I completely acknowledge their wrong doings, but I can see that Sovieshu and Rashta have genuine consciences, compassion, and sympathy at times.
Low-key makes this revenge more meaningful because it's slightly more complicated than just punishing bad guys. It's actually harder to carry it out since you want to get revenge on them, but at the same time, can't fully bring yourself to hurt them directly, because again, it's complicated. They even have such sincerely pitiful backstories.
Idk, it sometimes weighs in my conscience as the viewer whenever I think of what that crazy Rashta went through as a slave child then being impregnated by her master then abandoned and having to hold her cold dead child in her hands, and being blackmailed and haunted by them when she tries to leave it in the past.
I think about that, and I feel pity for her. But knowing she could've already had her Cinderella fairy tale ending when she married the Emperor but then kept repeatedly choosing to use harsh and cruel methods on other people even after being coddled and given what she wants, earns her the appropriate backlashes she's getting now.
Same with the ex-husband, I can see he genuinely loves his baby and would even make his daughter the first empress that inherits the throne with no discrimination between sons or daughters, and he didn't even mind the mistress having already a son outside. But he can't expect to keep FL after doing what he did to her, if he truly deeply cared about her, he would have prioritized her feelings. He could have possibly even gotten FL's infertility cured with magic during their marriage if he fessed up about those cookies instead of hiding his mother's scheme. But nopp, he only listened to himself and did only what he thought was for the best.
So yeah. The antagonists are getting what they deserve but it's not the easiest revenge to see unfold as the viewers. Satisfying but also complicated.
Not the Female Lead being UNBOTHERED All those delusionak bitches trying to bring her down and she just minds her own business, LITERALLY. Love how its not purely based on the serious revenge stuff and the Comdey is just GOLD.
