This says mpreg and from comments it seems the mc is the result of mpreg but i wonder if he (mc) can get pregnant? It says he's a beta but why would the alpha marry him if he can't give him children? Love is great and all but the main reason for marriage in olden times like the setting, especially for royals is securing alliance with shared blood in the children.
