I Raised a Black Dragon
@Ch74: (end) reread from chapter 1 and I must say, I’m a bit disappointed. I remembered looking forward to this but decided to marinate cause I can’t wait but now, I feel like there could be so much more. In the end, they decided to make the dragon an absolute power and through Mu, they were able to do anything and everything. In any case, I’m giving this 4-stars because it’s so different that Noah (FL) got her body back while OG villainess Eleonora was re-“alived” and punished for her wrongdoings.
@Ch18: go girl!! That was slick!!!
@Ch17: also me, cursing that I didn’t wait for more. Now, who are you blondie??
@Ch16: me, thanking there’s another chapter and not left with a cliffy
@Ch15: THIS IS AMAZING!!! Self, be disciplined enough to wait for more chaps, ‘kay?
Noah Park just wanted to be recognized for her hard work in Seoul, South Korea. Unfortunately, she died of overworking and her soul transmigrated into the dead body of the villainess of a novel, Baroness Eleanor Asil. Knowing the contents of the novel, she decided to live a carefree life in the countryside. That was until she stumbled upon a large egg in the marketplace. Thinking of eating it, she was shocked to see that it was a dragon inside. Knowing that the cause of her death in the novel is the same dragon, she decided to send it back to the novel’s FL. But the dragon kept coming back till one day, it returned as a small kid with the novel’s ML.
Pulling the Grand Duke’s Leash
Read up to ch14 and I’m not feeling it. The sudden bouts of close proximity in the early chapters and the FL looking like she’s in love with the guy already when their meeting consisted of him threatening her and him as a baby snow leopard makes me wonder how the “falling in love” was even possible. I think I’m dropping this. Might reread in the future.
I Stole the Number One Ranker’s Soul
I rarely gave a perfect rating because there is always something that I find lacking in every manhwa I’ve read. But this? Truly a masterpiece. I am so glad I read this after this was completed. I kept pressing the “Next Chapter” button and didn’t take any breaks. It was truly that great. So what did I love about it?
First and probably the most important, Son Mo-ah is the most badass OP FL I’ve met who even though was so humble didn’t make me cringe. I’m so used to reading stories with strong FLs but come later chapters, they turn into meek helpless damsels in distress. I mean, they’re good now and then but c’mon!! Sometimes ladies don’t need someone to save them because they’re perfectly capable of saving themselves. And this is why I like Mo-ah. She started off as a scaredy-cat but her integrity and sense of responsibility? Really made her to be the best OP character.
Second, Seo Ji-han, Ban Seo-jin, Yu Eun-dam, and Ban Seo-hu (not sure if I got the names correct) - they started out as the strongest hunters and they seemed to be the usual cool tsundere types but they turned out to be very quirky people. They made the adventure so fun.
Lastly, the plot. It was so fresh and interesting that all my predictions were wrong. And this made the whole reading experience enjoyable.
Of course there were a few things which made me go “huh,” like how they can still broadcast the news when the world was crashing down on thembut that’s really little off moment for me and wasn’t enough to make me shave off points for this.
Really really love this! If you’re in for an adventure with lots of hilarious moments, then I highly recommend this.
