WHAT IF THE INCIDENT WAS THAT HE RELEASED THE BEAST VIRUS?????

side note I gotta know what he was being counseled for, probably how "tolerant" he is to to the beast ppl and the situations he gets in, PROBABLY BC HE RELEASED THE VIRYS AND PPL ALREADY KNEW BUT THEY ERASED HIS MEMORY OR SMTH BUT THEY HAD TO MAKE SURE HE WAS STILL SANE

Alr so fluffy used to just be a regular dog so I guess thats why he seems more "in tune" with his beast instincts since he cant talk, more transformed than others, etc. So that means that regular animals can catch a different virus similar to the beast virus??? Or is it a different strand?? OR did the the center reverse manufacture the orignal virus after testing it on animals to work on humams to use them for livestock???? So many mysteries, loving this so far ヾ(☆▽☆)
