This manga is NOT dropped by the author. They have confirmed it on their twitter that they plan to continue the work back in end of April this year. No confirmation when it will be. If we consider they start working on this after that confirmation, it would usually at least take half a year for new chapter so next release in jp would be roughly at the end of the year. Again this is just my speculation.
