i dont think the plot of this story is the strongest, but it is pretty well written. the ending left much to be desired which is a shame because everything pre-xiaodu-punching-wangqi was really good and strong, but maybe the authors were tired of producing the story or had to suddenly change gears. the whole tattoo storyline is hard to make sense of. i’m assuming (and this is probably wrong) that xiaodu being the snail girl is the reason for his supernatural memories of song yue and wang qi’s argument over the scalpel. the scalpel thing is probably related to that witchcraft shop that mingming (wangqi’s ex) frequented often. wang qi said that if you write the name of your crush on it and share blood (or something??) then you’ll be in love forever. its then very VERY briefly mentioned thag xiaodu happened to cut himself on the scalpel (maybe before wang qi got a chance to?). anyway i started reading this in like 2021 and then dropped it for 4 years. came back now and i was enjoying it so much until i slowly became more and more confused. the art is still really pretty tho and i really like how realistically and healthily the characters are written.
looking for a BL manga that started as a 4-koma comedy about a game developer working under his favourite game dev, eventually the plot kicks in and they get stuck in the games that their studio made. the mc is nerdy looking and the ml is very bulky and has long hair with a pointy ahoge. does anyone know this manga?

Oh yay! Just in time too. I don’t know if this happens to you too, but I’ve been sitting for the longest, trying to find something to read (I hate to admit but I could be on this site for hours strolling through stories, genres, etc. not reading a thing ). I have tons and tons of bookmarks of stories I either need to catch up on or finish, but nothing is calling out to me—not in the mood for. So I’m glad you found it and now I have something to read.
