I actually thought that since he was a demon, he gave his soul to him to posses it, like a demon contract and now they can be together or possession by demons just happens in western culture? Hahaha i always have trouble putting myself in the korean context. But i don't know if this involves just their souls or being in the real world. It's an open ending. We'll never know.
