It does really looks like Taeha did let Minsh!t got that job so he can let himself slowly entered to Haesoo life, especially on that chapter where in his dialogue, he was already calculated that Mincheol going to message Haesoo again.

Also, it's just me or I thought it was Micheol in the other side of the door. Damn! I literally hold my breath there for a sec.

And damn! The last panel is absolutely peak lol! Although I also highly doubt it would be Taehee cause he's fuckin dumb and there's no way he'll do all that trouble just to messed with Taeha's Lady. I reread it several times then come to realize that from the start Mincheol reading wasn't for him but probably Taeha "Continue treating her well so you won't feel ashamed in front of future you" a forshawdoing that the Chairman might choose him to be the successor. Since when she turned her attention towards Haesoo she immediately asked "You're the older one, right?" And her warning probably directing towards Taeha older brother who greed for the wealth and power.
