I reread it several times then come to realize that from the start Mincheol reading wasn't for him but probably Taeha "Continue treating her well so you won't feel ashamed in front of future you" a forshawdoing that the Chairman might choose him to be the successor. And her warning probably directing towards Taeha older brother who greed for the wealth and power.
