might be cuz the website is being restricted on wtv wifi ur connected to? its kind of hard to explain. like u know how some school wifi blocks certain sites? might be like that. or it could be ur device being restricted from going to that site. idk about ur personal circumstances but , for me, before during school times my parents restricted manga sites on my phone so it wouldnt open and it said some kind of error.

it's my cup of tea so in my opinion, it's really good !! you just have to keep triggers in mind while reading it. it's not a sunshine and rainbows story so if you don't mind reading about violence then i would definitely recommend
