Am I the only one who doesn't remember any character name while reading?

This is me every time I read a new manga/manhua. Especially manhua for some reason. A character can literally take up a whole panel that has upmost detail and catchy colors just to say "I'm Taewoo", and all characters can repeat his name 30 times in the chapter... but by chapter 40 when they mention his name offscreen I'm like "who tf is that again......   reply
