I side with minato idk maby I'm biased or it's that i kinda have some of his characteristics but like, he had that kind of talk with shizuma so many times already. For example when he was still acting around his ex gf calling it a habbit, now he has no boundaries with his coworkers AND DIRECTOR. I would get so mad if i saw my partner be all mushy mushy with someone not only that the director had shizumas UNDERWEAR in their pocket like how do u want me to not be jealous after that and smiling like that too. Minato is better than me I'd throw fit then and there. Yet minato always thinks of others first and thinks badly of himself too, all that trauma he went through shizuma should know better not to always trigger that part of minato. Also shizuma is so wrong not getting up and leaving the second director stopped at some shop. GET A DAMN BUS OR A TAXI U HAVE A DATE . It's not your job to look how your boss is eating go get an apology gift in that time rather than stressing over it and not doing anything. Especially when minato even showed how he was getting ready and excited for that date. Also don't like how he communicates, minato tells him everything he's mad about but shizuma always only apologises kind of briefly saying he doesn't understand anything unless you chew it out for him. Like use you brain how can a person be this dence, set boundaries. Ik shizuma's such a green flag but this annoys me sm.
Also also i kinda sometimes don't like mito( minatos brother). Yes he's soft and all but sometimes his advices rub me the wrong way and the way he sometimes disregards minatos feelings and calls him handful idk.
Well the manga is called the therapy game and it shows how both minato and shizuma need therapy ASAP. If not i think they'll end up going in circles. （/TДT)/
Yes I think many people forget the Underwear part…. Like Shizuma is very annoying, even in Japan it wouldn’t be normal to get dragged to a Café after going on a shift even though you had a half day and made it very clear that you have following appointments. People are always very hard on Minato because yes he ist jealous, but he also opened up about his issues and told Shizuma about them and he makes progress. When he got stood up by Shizuma on the day they wanted to look for Apartments he really tried to handle it in a mature way and he is trying to grow.
Shizuma on the other hand thinks about his short comings and then does nothing. Minato is crying telling him his problems and he is just like "aw cute you so insecure sweety" instead of actively changing how he communicates to make Minato feel more save in their relationship…. And then telling him he just needs to tell him everything he is supposed to do… It’s annoying because Minato is telling him, but he just does not get it. Like my guy, Minato does not want a present from you maybe just really for once take a day off and spend that time Appartementhunting so you can show Minato that you didn’t forget about it and that he is a priority for you now and in the future and you can spend time together every day.

Yes, Exactly Thank you!!! U've said it soo well!!! I love this manga sm and the characters too, i love how author portrays that a relationship isn't always smooth sailing. I get it it is hard to alway make balance between work and life but as you said, shizuma needs to really at least once have all the attention towards minato and their dates. I too don't like how "communication" is minato having a literal mental breakdown while shizuma is all smiles and then sweet talks before they end with a bang session,like that ain't cute at all. I don't think that's a proper way to talk. Tho ngl shizuma has a way with words, you can see how minato melts in his arms every time and from the readers pov it looks so cute too. But maybe at least for once both can voice out their problems about themselves and each other somewhere calm and not on the bed.
