Any good manga/webtoons with some focus on parental love, preferably from the child's POV and with a really badass parent?
Somehow all the ones I've read are about nobles, isekai or otherwise, but it's not a requirement.

I can't agree more. Forgot to mention that Mushoku Tensei has a harem but it's not annoying and hindering the storyline. So it's up to you to check it out or not
did the author get tired of writing this? it feels like they're trying to wrap everything up super quickly now. i had no idea hyejin had a crush on yeonjae - the author had to spell put that there were "discrepancies" in her behaviour, but we didn't get to see them?
and writing a drama about yourself and all the people in your life is kind of..... really lame. i just can't take it seriously. when you're writing characters, you should be focusing on the traits that make those characters entertaining and the growth they go through, not on how well it reflects your real personality. "Chill" was a horrible idea, and JYJ clocked it immediately, bit then he goes and does the exact same thing?? a show that's nothing but thinly veiled self-justification - simple "im the good guy, he's the bad guy". how can the public take this seriously when none of his claims have been proven? in the eyes of the audience, JYJ and that evil writerdude are the same.
this is really frustrating. i was enjoying this so much up til now. i still hope it'll pull through, but rn it seems to be going downhill.
