It was about a girl who was abused by her parents and sister she's like child age and the manga starts with someone evaluating her sister's magic but they find her and evaluates her magic which turns out is rare, I think it was creating seeds, and something like that.

If you like shoujo, i recommend akatsuki no yona. Its not your typical shoujo and the romance is very secondary. The fl is a princess who gets betrayed by her best friend and long time crush and she has to learn to survive with 0 skills. Its a great story. If you want heartwarming comedy found family, I suggest you watch, not read, gintama its my absolute favorite and its mostly ridiculous things that they do day to day but it gets deep. 0 romance in that one. Theres also killing stalking which is the illegal kind of found family lol.
