1. 3 cups of black tea no sugar
2. 1 cup of hibiscus tea no sugar
3. 1 cup of water
4. Granola + sunflower seeds + chia seeds + milk
5. Apple
6. Orange
7. Pork soup (pork,tomatoes,green pepper, carrot, onion) + pasta
