I especially like this manhwa cause i can see my own flaws in characters despite the cliché plot but the character development is relatively in manhwas strong. This manhwa shows Traumatized characters who have been neglected in childhood and the inability to express themselves very well. The despair, the depression the obsessive attention seeking. Its heavily dramatised but thats totally relatable.
But i have a big problem:
Does people even read the story? There is rape as its taged at the fucking beginning but there wasn't even a single scene romanticizing rape. In all of the story the characters and author all label it rape. Even hee seo is doing that because he want tae kyung to hate him not to show his love. The characters and we all know its rape and its another thing i really like about this manhwa.
They are both traumatized and problematic in showing affection and there is a chain of misunderstanding that lead them to do horrible thing to eachother. Both characters know how cruel the things they did are and are actively showing regret. Yes there is some baits for making plot more dramatic that i wish there wasn't but they are addressing the rape all the time and work to make peace without ignoring that or sugarcoating the traumas and injuries.
How could you talk about rape in intimate relationships without showing it?
And beside all of this if you read things because you want to see how bad they are why complaining about why someone is writing this stories? You are the reason cause people like you are here just because there is abusive behaviour and sex not following character in their journey to cope with their trauma which you should seek in storytelling.
It finally time to read some non bl main streams. Im looking for not so long manga or manhwas that have a strong plot and beautiful art. Its best if its completely translated with licence but i can be happy with it if not.

People all fucking mad about jaekyung and still reading this? I don't get it. Both have so much flaws and are developing why all this hate. Dan -fully aware- sold himself and the buyer was harsh with him. Technically it wasn't rape, he is a twisted bastard but you cant label every sick relationship rape.
Again i dont say its a good relationship and he should have stayed or he should love him. For me Its just a story of people learning about how to be a relatively better person i dont understand the mad people reading this just to hate characters.
