I love loved the story so much, thank you to the person who recommended.
I wish that communication was better but I like that most loose ends were tied by the end of the story. Karel also acting so toxic when they reunited was not fun ngl cuz he was supposed to be wholesome but I’m not that mad about it. Sasya had his fair share of not being the best too so it is fine.
The story is saved because karel was so devoted and committed to Sasya even when we all know sasya was exactly deserving or able to receive that at times. I think Sasya actually grows as a person too but I wish that he fully recovered at the end. Karel still felt that he had to lie to sasya on the ship to america about his marriage. I didn’t like that he was still not able to trust sasya to not spiral. I can kindof justify it since it had been after he was kidnapped so sasya might not have been stable ngl.
overall I just liked the vibes of the two of them and the dynamic throughout the story
