Did the older guy already has the intention from the time they first met? Because that's how I understand grooming works. I do get tho that they always met at chance and the tiger saving him. I read this a while back but I can't remember the title. It's bl i think. The biggest thing I can remember about this is that the mc can see the life expectancy of a person as numbers on top of their heads. I'm not sure if it by days or hours, but something like that and I think he's a doctor. The other one is a gangster, but I'm not confident about this.
