I wonder if they did the whole, "I hope it looks like you" conversation, because if so I can def imagine Ilya wanting the child to look like Khalid, and being beyond ecstatic that their first child did. I can also imagine Khalid being smitten that one of the twins finally resembled Ilya. Also the other twin was a combination of them both. Lol They literally popped out every combination. I love it!
